Presidents Day

Quite an amazing rainy holiday for people interested in refacing fireplaces with our 26 colors of thin ledgestones. Many wanted to recover their existing brick veneer or the drywall and some even needed a custom stone mantel or hearth.

Regarding the robot we received a shipment of three tier terminal blocks, tool forks and tool holders which will be used in the control systems for the automatic tool change capability of the robotic stone sculpting system.

We cleared space so that we can begin preparing for the drainage canals and foundation for a proposed new and what would be our smallest bridge saw, below, from Italy.

Introducing Easy Stone Center - Natural Architectural Stone and Custom Veneer Stone

Easy Stone Center - The Washington D.C. areas premier architectural and custom veneer producer.

Easy Stone Center is nearing the completion of what may be the first six axis robotic architectural stone carving and sculpting machine in the United States. Researching and designing of the state of the art system began in December 2009 and at this point the physical machine is nearly operational with the software systems remaining as the final hurdle. Test sculpting is planned for the spring of 2011. Currently Easy Stone Center operates several other stone cutting machines from Park Industries such as an Eagle bridge saw, Infinity Architectural CNC saw and router, TXS thin veneer saw, stone splitter, Wizard profiler.
